Stanton Bridge Primary School

Breakfast Club

We at Stanton Bridge believe it is crucial to have a balanced diet. So at our breakfast club we provide pupils with a variety of healthy options. It is important for pupils to start their day off by having a healthy breakfast. Research highlights the positive impact breakfast has on pupils concentration levels, attainment and their overall learning.

Our breakfast club is FREE,  we receive funding from Orbit Housing and Greggs provide free bread for our breakfast club. Our breakfast club is very popular and it is over subscribed. We currently have a waiting list, please contact the front office for a registration form.

October 2020

We would like to thank Greggs, for their ongoing support. They have been very generous to our school community and supported many of our families during the pandemic. They supported our parents with food parcels, financial support including supermarket vouchers, vouchers to support our breakfast club with toys and magazines. Some of our families also received new home appliances as they did not previously have them. In addition, they give us approximately 20 loaves of bread every week for free of charge which feeds 117 pupils every day. They have continued to show their generosity and care for the community even though businesses are struggling to survive.

We would like to Thank Greggs Foundation for all their support!
