Member of the Board of Trustees

Responsibilities in the trust:

I joined the governor board as a parent councillor at Stanton Bridge Primary School in 2019. I started as a French teacher within the school in September 2022, teaching pupils across years 3 to 6.  Being involved in the School permitted me to gain knowledge and evidence of the level of care and high standard of education the school provides.

When I left Stanton Bridge to start a new career, I wanted to remain a part of the school community and my role as trustee enables me to do this. I feel privileged to be a trustee at Stanton Bridge and be part of a strong Governing body.

Being a school governor shows a dedication to the education system and a desire to contribute positively to the development of young minds. It provides a chance for personal development by gaining insights into education, governance, and the challenges faced by schools. I am deeply passionate about education and believe that every child deserves access to high-quality learning experiences.

As a trustee, I am dedicated to working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that our school provides a nurturing and academically enriching environment for all students. My background in strategic planning and financial management will be invaluable in making informed decisions that benefit the entire school community. Available for monthly board meetings, committee meetings, and special events, I am willing to dedicate additional time as needed for strategic planning and initiatives.
