		Member of the Board of Trustees Responsibilities in the trust:
I became a Trustee in September 2022 because I am passionate about children and how their needs are addressed in an evolving world. I have a huge passion for education and high-quality teaching and learning. I genuinely believe every child, whatever the background, deserves the opportunity to achieve the best they possibly can.
		My research background and expertise are in Environmental Management and Climate Change studies, whilst Health and Safety is my current area of focus and I lecture at the University full-time. I aim to use my experience to support Growth Academy in giving every child the best primary school experience possible. I love getting involved in research and in my spare time, enjoy exploring the outdoors. But most of all I love spending time with my family and friends.
