This year, Mr Satchwell and Miss Bowen will have the pleasure of teaching Year 5 this academic year. We look forward to seeing them grow and develop into outstanding, wonderful and hardworking individuals, who are well prepared for Year 6. The pupils will also have Miss Quirke and Miss Walford as teaching assistants, supporting them in their learning. 

The expectations in Year 5 are high, as we encourage pupils to become independent learners. The aim is to teach the curriculum with a skill-orientated approach, making links across the curriculum wherever possible. This will provide pupils with opportunities to develop a range of skills and apply them across all subjects.
